Yes, this is the Finished Room Over the Garage. But it is on the same floor with the other bedrooms and has a bathroom in the hallway. It has a huge closet (two double closets that join in the middle) and had a bed where you see the large chair now. The sellers have given the bed away so you can't see it set up as a bedroom now.
