The real estate market begins sooner that you think. Are you ready? In the Albemarle area, a good rule of thumb is to have your property ready to sell and on the market at least 4 months before you need to move. So if you want to move in June you need to list with us in February. The table below shows the percentage of real estate closings in each month by county.
